Born on January 24, 1967, in Oneida, Norma was the beloved daughter of Reginald and Diane (Buss) Jordan. A lifelong member of the Oneida community, she built a life defined by love, dedication, and meaningful connections with the people around her.
Norma attended local schools and dedicated much of her life to serving others. For 13 years, she worked as a dispatcher for Vineall Ambulance, where she was respected for her calm presence, compassion, and commitment to helping people during some of their most difficult moments. Her role required patience, strength, and care, qualities she carried with her throughout her life.
While Norma’s professional contributions were meaningful, her greatest joy came from the family she loved so deeply.
