It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Natalie Olinde of Marrero, Louisiana, a beloved mother, fitness coach, mentor, and friend whose life was defined by strength, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to helping others. Natalie passed away on July 5, 2026, at the age of 51, leaving behind a legacy of love and inspiration that will continue to live on through the many people she touched.
Natalie was more than a fitness coach; she was a source of encouragement and motivation for countless individuals who looked to her for guidance, support, and confidence. As the proud owner of NatFit504, she dedicated herself to helping others become healthier, stronger, and more confident. Her passion for fitness went far beyond physical training—she believed in people, pushed them to recognize their own potential, and reminded them that they were capable of achieving more than they imagined.
Those who worked with Natalie knew her as someone who genuinely cared. She celebrated every achievement, encouraged others through challenges, and created a space where people felt supported and valued. Her ability to uplift others was one of her greatest gifts, and her influence reached far beyond the gym.
Above all, Natalie was a devoted mother and family member. She treasured her children, Lexi Gonzales and Wade Parfait Jr. “Bubba,” and was always their greatest supporter. She was also a loving daughter, sister, godmother, and friend who brought joy, laughter, and strength to those closest to her. Her family was the center of her world, and she never missed an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments or capture meaningful moments together.
Natalie will be remembered for her intelligence, determination, resilience, and generous heart. She faced life with courage and inspired others through her strength and perseverance. Friends and loved ones describe her as someone who made people feel seen, appreciated, and believed in.
Her passing leaves an immeasurable void for her family, friends, clients, and the many lives she impacted. However, the lessons she shared, the encouragement she gave, and the love she spread will remain forever.
Family and friends will gather to honor Natalie’s life on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Mothe Funeral Home in Marrero, Louisiana. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with interment afterward at Greenwood Cemetery in New Orleans.
During this difficult time, we extend our deepest condolences to Natalie’s children, family, friends, clients, and everyone mourning her loss. May they find comfort in the beautiful memories she created and strength in knowing how deeply she was loved.
Natalie Olinde’s legacy of kindness, courage, and encouragement will continue through all those she inspired. She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and always remembered.
